About the Classes:

These Small Group Strength Classes allow you to get individualized attention from your coach along with the benefits of a communal group environment. Programming is consistent across all classes, but is tailored to each person in the room and you’ll see variations day to day.

Strength Classes utilize weights/resistance and the wide selection of tools we have in our studio!

You will choose one class time as your Home Class and will automatically be enrolled in that class each week, see the same familiar faces, and make it part of your calendar to cultivate habit and build progressive strength.

Your automatically recurring Membership gives you the flexibility to reschedule your weekly class and/or attend more Strength Classes at no additional charge, space permitting (waitlists are available). Or, if you would like an additional guaranteed spot every week, you can inquire about adding one for +$30/week (and you will receive the bundled rate for your first Home Class too!)

You will most likely see 4 up to a maximum of 6 people in class each week.

You’ll get to experience the perspectives of different coaches and build strength through progressive programming with your group.
