Hi, I'm sól! (they/them)

I am a Personal Trainer supporting people in the Greater Boston Area (occupied Massachusett Wampanoag territories) in building deeper connection, reverence and power with their bodies. Through a supportive, consent-forward, and iterative approach, my practice seeks to support you in making strength training something that works for you and your specific needs. 

To me, strength training is not just a way to exercise. It is a practice for reclaiming our belonging in our bodies through the building of holistic strength, stability and power - something urgently needed as we seek to undo systemic patterns of control, oversimplification and disconnection. Strength training can support us in transmuting energy, processing grief, and building deeper reverence for the sacredness of our bodies that so intimately carry our stories.

I personally am a nonbinary, queer Venezuelan person living with hypermobility, scoliosis and a few longer term injuries. Strength training has been an essential tool in exploring what deep support and integrity feel like.

I remain constantly in awe of what it is like to tend to these powerhouses we live in that move, build, reconstruct, shapeshift, pull, press, recover, adapt, signal and grow. 

Besides being a personal trainer, I am also a community organizer (past union organizer), a transformational life coach, an astrologer, and a budding herbalist committed to offering their practices in service of a more free, compassionate, liberatory world.
