🏃♀️ We’re so, so excited for this new offering at Soft Space, hosted by Coach Lea ✨
On Saturday, July 18th, from 2:00pm-3:30pm, the Soft Pace Run Club will meet for the second time!
This meeting will answer your running questions, include dynamic stretching before a 20-minute interval run, and conclude with a cool-down stretch and discussion.
The Soft Pace Run Club is for anyone interested in running! Whether you’ve never run before, or you find it hard to keep up a regular running routine, you’ll find community, encouragement, and knowledge with Soft Pace 🤗
💪 Soft Pace Run Club members will learn the biomechanics of running, and get a better understanding of areas to strengthen/stretch in order to prevent injury and improve overall athleticism. We aren’t just running, we’re resting, recovering, and easing the anxiety around starting. 🪷
No matter the hesitation, whether it’s starting a new physical practice or keeping up with one, Soft Pace Run Club will give you community support, accountability, and encouragement! 🎊
Soft Pace Run Club will meet from 2:00pm-3:30pm biweekly on Saturdays, running through (😉) November 28th. To end things with a bang, there will be a 5k for the Soft Pace Run Club! Registration is open until the end of July!
Register here!
The Details:
Existing members are invited to join the Soft Pace Run Club for $90/month, and non-members can join for $120/month (if you do end up becoming a Soft Space Member, we’ll apply the difference of what you paid here to your new membership(s)!)
