Mondays
- 6:45pm with Hannah

Wednesdays
- 6:45pm with Hannah

Saturdays
- 10am with Hannah

About the Classes:

These Mobility Classes emphasize connection with your body as well as learning about how the body and mind work.

Movement in Mobility Classes is inspired by everything from Yoga, to strength training, Pilates, and more. We’ll use self-massage techniques and learn anatomy too.

The first portion of class consists of individual body check ins so the session can be tailored to each of you. Then we practice movements to support your joints with an emphasis on following your own internal cues and pace. Our collection of self myofascial release tools such (foam rollers and more) are incorporated as well.

You will choose one class time as your Home Class - you will automatically be enrolled in that class each week, see the same familiar faces, and make it part of your calendar to cultivate your movement habits.

You have the flexibility to reschedule your weekly class and/or attend more Mobility Classes at no additional charge, space permitting. Waitlists are available.

You will most likely see around 6 and a maximum of 10 people in class each week.
