Soft Pace Run Club:
a beginner's run club with guidance!
Whether you’ve never run before, or you find it hard to keep up a regular running routine, you’ll find community, encouragement, and knowledge with Soft Pace. 🤗
💪 Soft Pace Run Club members will learn the biomechanics of running, and get a better understanding of areas to strengthen/stretch in order to prevent injury and improve overall athleticism. We aren’t just running, we’re resting, recovering, and easing the anxiety around starting.
Bi-weekly meetings begin Saturday June 27th & end with a Soft Pace 5k on November 28th! All hosted by Coach Lea ✨
Strength Classes
Small Group Strength Classes are a place to connect with others and layer more Strength work into your week. We’ll practice fundamental skills under the guidance of your coach while also building your independence and consistency muscles!
Programming uses weights and resistance, and evolves with you to carry you to the next stage.
You’ll choose one Strength Class time as your Home Class to show up to every week, but you can flexibly reschedule or drop into unlimited additional Strength Classes (availability permitting, waitlist available) to bolster your routine and work with different coaches.

Mobility Classes
Mobility Classes are about getting to know your body, practicing pacing, and learning to care for your joints. Classes are tailored to your experience by beginning with individual body check ins, and close with intention setting to encourage habit formation.
Class content flows with the seasons and around your needs, and may utilize self-massage tools, breath work, or Yoga style flows. It’s about building mind muscle connection and support for all the tiny stabilizing muscles. This is where we cultivate restoration and recovery.
You’ll choose one Mobility Class time as your Home Class to show up to every week, but you can flexibly reschedule or drop into unlimited additional Mobility Classes (availability permitting, waitlist available) to bolster your routine.

1:1 Strength Coaching
We believe the path to getting stronger is at the root of feeling better. We also believe that strength is built through sustainable practice, and that means finding your individual balance between work and restoration.
We each use our toolbox of life experience to walk with you on your strength building journey, wherever it is you’re coming from and wherever it is you’re going.

Physical Therapy
(General & Pelvic Floor)
Physical Therapy provides you with a personalized view of your body’s mechanics, coupling a deeper understanding with practical steps you can take in focused sessions as well as in daily life.
Nghi, our resident Physical Therapist, offers both General PT using a holistic, whole body approach, as well as Pelvic Floor PT.
Using a combination of diagnostic tests and life analysis, her treatments include manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, and recommendations for at home practice including lifestyle adaptations.

A cyclical exploration of body, mind, and beyond
The Body Circle with Hannah is a decade plus of body knowledge, organized and presented in both lecture and experiential format, for those navigating more complex body issues and wishing to connect more deeply with their bodies.
Through daily practices, deep dives, and communal conversation, we’ll walk the path of building sustainable strength, routines, and intuition together.
