Through a la carte offerings & weekly memberships for consistency, we’re here to work with you wherever you are and wherever you’re going!
Strength Classes
Small Group Strength Classes are a place to connect with others and layer more Strength work into your week. We’ll practice fundamental skills under the guidance of your coach while also building your independence and consistency muscles!
Programming uses weights and resistance, and evolves with you to carry you to the next stage.
You’ll choose one Strength Class time as your Home Class to show up to every week, but you can flexibly reschedule or drop into unlimited additional Strength Classes (availability permitting, waitlist available) to bolster your routine and work with different coaches.
Strength Classes are Membership only, billed at $50 per week (unless bundled with any other Membership and they become $45 instead).
Included is one dedicated “Home Class” that you’re automatically enrolled in every week, plus unlimited class passes to drop into other classes as you build your routine.

A food service industry vet, Megan is both tough and tender and knows what it’s like to go from the grind and chronic pain to building a new life.
Offering a gentle and collaborative introduction to strength training for those new to or intimidated by the gym, Lea creates a safe and cheery environment.
Sól’s community organizing background and deep reverence for the power & strength available in our bodies, encourages you to continue expanding what you may perceive as possible.
Juli is a warrior and a healer. they create spaces where strength and power building are rooted in somatic practice and deep listening to our bodies. with them, training is a liberatory practice where we lean into the holistic transformative potential available — transmute, release, reclaim!
Your go to for all things athletic, Luis has spent two decades learning from leaders in strength & conditioning, and as a brown belt in Brazillian Jiu Jitsu, he’s here to share what he knows with humor and grit.
Mobility Classes
Our Mobility Classes (you’ll see about 5-10 people there) are meant to give you space to explore your body. Foam Rolling/myofascial release focused Classes will give you personalized tips to understand and troubleshoot your physical system, building a toolbox of knowledge to carry with you throughout your life. Restorative Yoga focused Classes guide you towards finding stillness through gentle stretches and breath, learning to find pockets of peace.

Mobility Classes
Mobility Classes are about getting to know your body, practicing pacing, and learning to care for your joints. Classes are tailored to your experience by beginning with individual body check ins, and close with intention setting to encourage habit formation.
Class content flows with the seasons and around your needs, and may utilize self-massage tools, breath work, or Yoga style flows. It’s about building mind muscle connection and support for all the tiny stabilizing muscles. This is where we cultivate restoration and recovery.

Physical Therapy
(General & Pelvic Floor)
Physical Therapy provides you with a personalized view of your body’s mechanics, coupling a deeper understanding with practical steps you can take in focused sessions as well as in daily life.
Nghi, our resident Physical Therapist, offers both General PT using a holistic, whole body approach, as well as Pelvic Floor PT.
Using a combination of diagnostic tests and life analysis, her treatments include manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, and recommendations for at home practice including lifestyle adaptations.
