Strength Classes
Our small group Strength Classes (you’ll see about 3-6 people there) are meant to give you a ramp. Whether you’re in the early stages (never stepped into a gym before or are a regular at physical therapy), or maybe you’re an experienced lifter trying to break through plateaus and improve your athletic performance - we have something for you!
Plus, our Starter Strength Classes are for those working through chronic health considerations such as migraines or auto-immune conditions that make a traditional environment more difficult to navigate.
Strength Classes are Membership only, billed at $50 per week (unless bundled with any other Membership and they become $45 instead).
Included is one dedicated “Home Class” that you’re automatically enrolled in every week, plus unlimited class passes to drop into other classes as you build your routine.

1:1 and 2:1 Coaching
Here you can pursue your personal goals with fully focused individual attention from your coach.
1:1 Memberships are billed on the first of the month and billing is skipped whenever you accrue 4 unused sessions. 2:1 Memberships are billed monthly to hold the space for you and your partner. It’s okay if only one of you can show up from time to time!

Mobility Classes
Our Mobility Classes (you’ll see about 5-10 people there) are meant to give you space to explore your body. Foam Rolling/myofascial release focused Classes will give you personalized tips to understand and troubleshoot your physical system, building a toolbox of knowledge to carry with you throughout your life. Restorative Yoga focused Classes guide you towards finding stillness through gentle stretches and breath, learning to find pockets of peace.
Mobility Classes are Membership only, billed at $30 per week (unless bundled with any other Membership and they become $25 instead).
Included is one dedicated “Home Class” that you’re automatically enrolled in every week, plus unlimited class passes to drop into other classes as you build your routine.

Physical Therapy is for those who want the specialized blueprint to get out of an acute or long term situation with their bodies. Offered is general physical therapy, AND you have access to pelvic floor physical therapy if you wish to include it that important and often overlooked area!

With specialization in pelvic floor and musculoskeletal conditions, and training in manual therapy, including dry needling, Nghi’s approach is whole-body and evidence-based. She’s here to help you feel like yourself again, and together we’ll create a personalized plan so you can move with less pain, build strength, and get back to doing what you love.
The Body Circle
This is our container for those who want to explore their bodies more fully, and like to know the “why” behind what makes things tick. Community discussion and support are at the forefront. Flexible habit building is encouraged, as is shedding guilt around not doing so “quickly” enough. This is the slow and steady route. You’ll have tons of resources and materials to navigate, but it’s the act of showing up and being present with ones body that yields the reward. Geared towards those with chronic pain and health conditions, such as hypermobility, and open to all!

Having been my own first client, I share the tools I collected as a former engineer/analyzer of systems that have helped me and the 100s of people I’ve worked with over the years. Chronic pain, scoliosis, hypermobility, and , dysautonomia, are my personal mix. In a world of specialization, this is the generalist approach that ties it all together.
We are ever evolving and growing with each other in this space!
Massage Therapy
Our Massage Therapy program is centered on facilitating individualized care and lasting change. Our Massage Therapists each have training and experience in multiple modalities and with a variety of tools that blend together to create their respective approaches. Each visit is tailored to you and where you are in the moment, and may be integrated into a complete body plan. No need to book a specific appointment type - it’s all available to you based on your conversation and assessment with your massage therapist!
Massage Therapy can be booked online by Members and Non-Members alike.
Modalities like cupping, tempering, myofascial release, deep tissue, Thai-inspired bodywork, and more!

Luis’s approach to Massage Therapy is informed by his decades as an athlete and years of martial arts training - his understanding of how the body wishes to move and how to gently but powerfully shift forces in the body culminate in a unique and effective treatment.
Nayahra’s practice considers the whole body, including the nervous system, as a continuous unit. They balance slow, co-regulating touch with firm, deep pressure and use tools like stretching, breathwork, and trigger point therapy to offer release.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture at Soft Space, like all of our offerings, is tailored to you. The modality offered here is Five Elements Acupuncture, focused on balancing your internal energies, through the lens of the organ systems in Chinese Medicine, to allow you to live in the fullest expression of your true self. Most find that when they visit for pain relief, they find that and so much more - things that you may not imagine could be effected by a tiny, well placed needle…. and yet!

The Sauna
As you may know, saunas can help improve your overall health with regular use. We offer standalone visits, packages, and memberships to help you incorporate sauna bathing into your life. Whether its post-workout or all on its own, it’s become a staple of the studio!
Sauna bathing benefits include: promoting better heart health, reducing systemic inflammation, easing chronic pain, and relieving stress by triggering the release of heat shock proteins and endorphins.
Deep relaxation, resilience building, and cardiovascular health

Custom built to adhere to traditional Finnish sauna standards, we have high and low benches, and a heater that allows you to scoop water over the hot rocks to create the perfect amount of steam for you.
The temperature is kept around 180F so that 5-15 minute intervals with our cold rainfall shower can get you hot enough to feel the benefits!
