What you pay today will cover your first month of enrollment (June 2025), then automatic billing will recur each 1st of the month following for the duration of the 12 month Course.
In Person spaces are limited! This option will close when spaces are full.
Supporters - Your generous contribution will go towards a scholarship fund to help people enroll who might not otherwise be able to
Pay in Full? - If you would like to pay in full for the year, the total cost will be reduced by 10%. Please purchase your first month, and then let us know that you would prefer to pay in full - we’ll adjust the difference on the back end!

This Course is meant to be a mutual gift - the contents of my brain and experience in exchange for my ability to tend to my own body and life (from surgery to parenthood), and keep Soft Space the oasis to recharge and rebuild that we strive to make it.

Schedule:
Monday June 2 - all enrollees of the Body Course receive an Intake Questionnaire and scheduling information for 1:1 Intake Sessions, and the Syllabus (including all dates for In Person Lesson and Integration meetings)
Saturday June 14th, 2-4pm -
In Person enrollees meet for our first Lesson (video recording will be available to everyone enrolled, Online Only and In Person members).
Videos for first set of at home movements as well as daily habit exercises are shared.
Saturday June 28th, 2-4pm - In Person enrollees meet for our first Integration Meeting to discuss experiences, sticking points, and insights.
(video recording will be available to everyone enrolled, Online Only and In Person members)
The Syllabus you receive at the beginning of June will contain the dates and topics for the rest of the meetings from July onward!
In Person meetings will be roughly the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month from 2-4pm.
