I’m a Massage Therapist based out of Boston (Massachusett, Wampanoag lands). In 2025, I launched Stages of the Moon Bodywork, where I offer therapeutic and intuitive bodywork. I was born in Brasil, raised right here in Somerville, and currently live in Dorchester. I identify as queer and non-binary and carry with me the stories of what it means to be a working-class immigrant in this country. My practice is rooted in love and in our personal and collective liberation. I believe that reconnecting with our bodies—however that may look for you—resources us to show up for ourselves and our communities in more meaningful ways.

Before becoming a Massage Therapist, I was trained as a meditation teacher, a Restorative Justice practitioner, and an educator in Boston Public Schools, where I worked for almost 10 years. While that period of time deeply shaped who I am, the lack of support and the overwhelming pressure put on educators eventually pushed me to leave and pursue bodywork. My healing journey brought me back into my body and now I want to help you do the same. 

In our work together, I’ll move through a variety of healing modalities depending on what your body needs might be. Some possibilities include deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage and assisted stretching, breathwork, and nervous system co-regulation, among others. We are partners in your healing journey, whether that is receiving bodywork to support your strength training practice, rehabilitating a new or old injury, or unwinding from stress and regulating your nervous system.
